- 2005 - Present, Deputy Director of Academic Assessment, US Air Force Academy, Colorado Springs, CO. Duties include the academic climate survey and course critiques. I am very involved with the "learning-focused" initiative at the academy.
- 2003 - 2004, Director, Integrated Competency Assessment Network (ICAN), Health Care Integrated Educational System, Maricopa Community Colleges, 2411 W. 14th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281-6942. Coordinated and standardized competency assessments for ten campuses.

Accomplishments
- Developed an award-winning web page (http://www.psychstat.smsu.edu
) that features both an on-line introductory statistics text and a multivariate text. This site had 723,000 hits and 15,706 unique visitors for the month of May, 2001.
- Wrote an Introductory Statistics text which is currently published by Atomic Dog Publishing (http://www.atomicdogpublishing.com/home.asp
) in both an on-line and hardcopy format.
- Developed a prototype text for Atomic Dog Publishing using XML and XSLT as the format (http://www.psychstat.smsu.edu/introbook2/sbk.htm
). Much of what I demonstrated is included in their current product design.
- Developed a system to automatically generate and score homework assignments and tests for my classes. I have presented this system at national conventions and described it in publications.
- Wrote a Java Applet called the Probability Calculator (http://www.psychstat.smsu.edu/pdf/pdfj.htm
) that finds exact probabilities for various probability models and includes graphical displays of the distributions.
- Developed/Advised a student-run bulletin board system in the 1980's that introduced many students to the world of networked computers.
