2003 to 2004 - Director, Integrated Competency Assessment Network (ICAN), Health Care Integrated Educational System, Maricopa Community Colleges, 2411 W. 14th Street, Tempe, AZ 85281-6942.  Coordinated and standardized competency assessments for ten campuses.

Professor, August, 1988 to present, Department of Psychology, Southwest Missouri State University. Courses taught include: Introduction to Statistics, Introduction to Psychology, Tests and Measurements, Analysis of Variance, Problem Solving in Men and Machines, Research and Evaluation, and a graduate Multivariate Analysis course.
